My question is: I have two Objects inside the same Fluid box but I can not make the one in front of the another at the same position. I mean one at Back and the another at Front. What I can do it , only one beside one. Is it able to do what I want in Adobe Captivate 2017?

Change the Fluid Box to Static Fluid Box. There is a check button in the property inspector. You might find useful this tutorial made by Paul Wilson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Se8Oi3Ooi4w

This is a question, not a discussion. Fluid boxes, with the exception of static fluid box, cannot have stacked objects. You can read about more limitations in my blog post: https://elearning.adobe.com/2017/11/tough-choice-breakpoints-or-fluid-boxes/
