I have 10 videos in one page and manual play/pause control not working.

Manually controlled video using JavaScript, but only video get play/pause.

Please advise.

Event Video dose not play in iPad/iPhone. I had faced these issues for Captivate 2017.

I use static fluid box not a problem in desktop view but in mobile view texts are shown center align. How to center aligned text to left aligned text. Please advise.

You can only align static fluid boxes in Captivate 2019. Once you upgrade and select your static fluid box in question you will see alignment options for that in the properties inspector.
