Hi, Please confirm the complete version of Captivate you are using. This can be fixed after updating Captivate to the latest version. Please install the latest update from Help>Updates. Thanks

Which version do you use? If it is CP2017, verify the version number (under Help, About Captivate): you need the most recent version 10.0.1.285 because the first version had a problem with the eLearning Brothers website
