I am using Captivate 2017 and have a number of speech bubbles where the font sizes are all set to Tahoma .20 size, but when I publish to LMS the fonts different sizes. Some of them are too small to read.I have tried making the speech bubbles larger but the font remains small while the speech bubble is huge. It is not doing it to all of them only some of them and they are all set with the same properties.
any ideas?

I use static fluid box not a problem in desktop view but in mobile view texts are shown center align. How to center aligned text to left aligned text. Please advise.

Are you talking about a responsive or a non-responsive project? Output to HTML? You have to know that Tahoma is NOT a websafe font. To preserve all font styles and formatting in output you need to use a websafe font or use a Typekit font that is licensed and where you add the publish location for that font.
