Curious to know how long it takes your machine to publish the cptx file. We are publishing responsive 500MB files and they take around 30 to 40 minutes. It that I should expect? I am on a new iMac.
Not sure if that is normal if there is a bug I should be concerned about?

Thanks for the question! As somebody new to the product, I’m not sure I would have been thinking about publishing times. Good to know there’s some variance.
They can go up to 2 gig max., given the complexity of our responsive courses I think we are within the norm. We are publishing local too!
The publishing of Captivate Project takes time ,depending upon the size of the Project. As you have mentioned that the size of Project is 500 MB, the publishing time seems to be normal.
If you are publishing the project directly to network/shared drive, you may change it to the local drive and then try publishing, it would improve the time taken to publish the project.
Wow, that is a long time. 5 min is the most I’ve had to wait. On a laptop PC.
How long will that file take to load on a phone? 500MB is huge for a responsive project.
