I am having an issue where when I try to open an updated module I only see the wheel of doom.
I created a new demo and training project. When I updated the module in the Captivate Prime this is the result.
- I am authoring in Captive 2017 (up-to-date on version)
- On iOS (Mac)
- Happens in various browsers

It would be easier if this question was posted on the Prime forum. Since you posted this as a ‘discussion’ it is not synchronized with Adobe forums. You could try directly on the Prime forum: https://forums.adobe.com/community/captivate_prime
Are you getting the loading screen while previewing the project as well from Captivate? Also, if you have applied any preloader from “Edit>Preferences> Start and End”. Disable the Preloader and then publish the project and check the issue.
