I was trying to download some free characters from ELB and when I download them they are not being added to “My Assets” library. Do I need to do anything after I download the asset?

Thank you both for responding. I appears that my version of Adobe Captivate 9 is 9.0.2.437 and I do not see any available updates when I go to Help>Updates. Thoughts?
I suspect you are using CP2017, because the first version had this problem. If that is indeed the case, can you check the version number? If it is not 10.0.1.285, please use Help, Updates to install the patch released a couple of weeks ago.

Could you please share your Captivate version? Please also try to update your Captivate if there any update is pending from Help>Updates. it should fix the issue if you are using Captivate 2017.
