Captivate has truly come to my rescue!

Since my traditional face to face training days over 10 years ago, things in the L&D space has changed so much. For the better of course! The past couple of years I’ve been doing a bit here and there in between kids and school runs. A bit of video training development, a bit of ID and some review and consulting. Until my neighbor’s mom, with a Ph.D. in Education, approached me to help her with converting her courses into eLearning.

What a challenge for me to assist her with this new venture in her life!  I’ve been exposed to Captivate on occasion, but never for a full project. And my software for basic video training would just not have done the job. I decided to try Captivate. Installed the 2017 trial, and off I went! A weekend of watching tutorials, youtube videos, reading blogs and articles.  I was so surprised how easy Captivate is to navigate and the helpful resources in the Captivate community.

I’m almost done with my first full course, and when my trial version expires, I’ll most definitely subscribe for the 2019 version.
