I’m trying to find a way to quickly download all free characters, applications, and of the like to the captivate system. This process was skipped in the installation of the software. Any suggestions?

If you are talking about the eLearning Brothers assets, there is no quick way, you have to downloaf one by one. Make sure to have installed the eLearning assets, which was a download file of about 1GB, separate from the installing file of Captivate. You should find them on a Win system in Publis Docuemnts\Adobe\
