I have been trying to download the free trial for Captivate 2017 and I’m redirected from Adobe to a ProDesignTools website, where two files are shown for my 64bit Windows OS. I cannot get file 1 to download and continue to get an error saying “file archive part of Adobe Captivate is missing”. Can anyone assist me with getting Adobe Captivate 2017? Thank you.

Difference between ProDesign site and the Adobe downloads is the use of a download manager. You are not behind a firewall?
