Todd, the labels in the Theme Colors palette have no real meaning, especially in the most recent Themes incluced with CP2019. Even in former versions that was the case, but at least the Title and Subtitle color were used for those items, no longer the case. DI you read this old post:

I explored several themes which were packaged with Captivate at that time.
Some learning interactions have the possibiliti t ouse theme colors, but not all of them. The biggest problem (logged it as bug several times) is that you do NOT have access to the Theme colors dialog box when you are editing colors in Learning interactions.
I keep messing these up. I need to make a big wall chart:
Title | Learning Interaction Instructions
Sub-Title | Interaction Title
Text 1 | Button Text Color
Text 2 | Content Text
Fill | Button Color
Stroke | Button Roll Over + Selected Color
Slide BG | Unknown if this affects any learning interaction
Skin 1 | Header Background
Skin 2 | Interaction Background
Skin 3 | Content Area Background
I wrote it all out in the description of the video over on youtube. start the video here and click on the Youtube logo at the bottom right to bring yourself to the original video. There you will see the items and what they relate to in your colour palette.
Yes, I copied and pasted from there. I only meant this as a self-deprecating aside. I seem to always mess up the correlations. I appreciate the list.
I like the idea of a big wall chart Todd 😉 Maybe an infographic! 😀
Lita, can you get on that please.
