I am trying to access the video demo function.  I get this error message about display settings not being in alignment.  How might I remedy this?  I’ve tried locating display settings in preferences and on windows.  To no avail.

You need to edit the AdobeCaptivate.ini file: DPIAwareness is set by default to 0, but has to be changed to 1. You probably are on a retina screen, and recording has to be done in a real px by px mode.
