The title says it all. I noticed that files and templates developed in CP 2019 cannot be opened in CP 2017.

Can anybody confirm this?

Just a tip: do not use a template (cptl) file anymore! Too buggy. In most cases a custom theme will be fine.

It has always been the case: you never can open a cptx file created with a more recent version in an older version.
