You don’t tell the version number of IE but you have to know that support for HTML5 in IE is known to be VERY bad. Even MS is not really developing IE anymore, but pushes Edge.
Responsive project only have output to HTML5. That may explain the problem. Please switch to a better browser is the only recommendation I can offer.
