Is it possible to set this prior to recording? At the moment, have to edit each mouse click to remove sound.

It is not clear to me if you talk about a Video demo or a Software simulation?
You can remove the keyboard sounds before recording. For the mouse click, ou don’t need to edit each mouse object. Make the edit for one mouse object, and use the hamburger menu. I attached a screenshot.
