Cannot get assets to work for characters
I have version 10.0.0.192 Captivate 2017 having this issue. The elearning bros characters can be downloaded, but when I go to the assets they are not there, there is an icon of a box but nothing in the assets. Trying to insert as images I can “see” them in the folder but it says the file is corrupt or incompatible when I attempt to add them to the library or directly to the slide. The thumbnails have a “lock” in the corner too. This happens no matter which folder location I download to and if I copy from the download location to the same folder as my project.
I am able to get some of the other characters to work but they are not the ones I want to use (healthcare person has open toed shoes!) is there something I need to set up or pay for or license so these work properly?

Could you solve the problem by installing the patch? I really remember this was one of the bugs patched with that upgrade which is fee.
First of all, upgrade to 10.0.1.285.
It was a known bug, but you didn’t install the patch.
