I really enjoyed your video. I have developed a couple of online onboarding programs and agree with the points that you made. One of the organizations had 9 health plans for employees to choose from so as you can imagine it was very overwhelming for a new employee to go through all of the information during the ILT orientation. We changed it so they received a brief over view and then could go to the online orientation to learn more about each plan. We found the blended approach to be better for the more tedious information. The benefits department received less questions after the fact and we were able to make the ILT more fun and engaging.
