Since the last Windows update our videos will play for a couple of seconds and then have a loading screen overlay appear. This only happen in IE11 and Edge. We’ve tested servers, bit rates, etc so were’re pretty sure it the Windows update that has broken it. Finally we put the project on a clean unpatched Windows box and it runs fine now. Has anyone else had this problem and have you found a workaround for it.

Which Captivate version are you using, please? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.
When you talk about ‘videos’ do you really mean a video inserted on a Captivate slide? Whucg type of video: event of synchronized?
