Hello,

I have a colleague who has created an elearning course with Captivate.  This course includes an assessment.  It has published fine and works fine until the user leaves the course in the middle of the assessment.  When the user relaunches the training, it returns the user to the assessment but they can no longer answer any of the questions and it allows the user to go forward without answering the questions.  It gives a message stating that “you did not answer this question completely”.  Do you have any idea why this would occur?

Hi Lieve,

Thank you for your quick response. Here  is a attached screen with my quiz settings. I’m using Captivate 2017.

I did not enable submit all in the preference.

Please, what is the setting in the Required field in Quiz Preferences, SETTINGS?

You showed a screenshot of the Question Properties, not of the Quiz Preferences. Can you please check the Required field?

Is it possible to post screenshots of the Quiz Preferences? Which version do you use? Did you upload to a LMS?  Need to know if you used Submit All? What is the setting in the Required field? Bookmarking is turned on from what you describe.
