Hi all,

I have been made aware that some of our learners are unable to see checkbox answers (graded) when completing the quiz within our E-Learning Module. I have checked that the answers are populated and quiz setting which all appear to be ok?

I did some research before posting and found this. However after reading this, I checked all the suggestions without success – https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2361611

I am thinking it could be our LMS however wondered if anyone else had experienced this? (Using Captivate 9/ breakpoint /SCORM 1.2 for this project).

Hey Lieve,

Thank you for your response, why would you not recommend the required option? Have you had issues with it in the past?

I will try SCORM cloud now and let you know the outcome

All options besides the default ‘Optional’ can cause issues. One example: free navigation, revisiting content slides can become crippled. In most case you can force such an option in another way. Taking out skip and back buttons on quiz slides will force the user to answer all questions. Criteria for passing are managed by the LMS, no need to force it in Captivate.

Would recommend not to use that Required option.

You have to test the module in SCORM Cloud, to see if the problem has to be found in Captivate or with the LMS
