We are publishing an accredited online course with Captivate 2017 as a blank project. We would like to know if a single quiz question can pull from a question pool. This is so if the student answers the question incorrectly another similar question will become available for them to try. We need to ascertain that the student understands the topic.

This would be the case for each question in our quiz.

You can have one question out of a pool, but as long as the student is in the same session, a new question will not appear. You need to relaunch the courrse to have a new random question.

You can achieve this only with a workaround. Use custom navigation, a JS function to select a random number and navigation each time to a new question. Use Advanced or Shared actions.

Will post a link where I explain limitations and possiblities in random question slides. Will do in a separate comment, because it will take time to moderate because of the link.
