I just installed captivate 2019. It only shows me the classic screen. I checked my system, it is running 64 bit but on window 7. The fluid boxes are grayed out. What can I do to fix this problem. I am running as the ADMIN.

I take it that you mean that your workspace is Classic – that has nothing to do with the fluid box button. If you upgraded from an earlier version of Captivate, version 9 or earlier, then you would not know that the fluid box button is only active when you have a project that was created as a responsive design project. It the project is not responsive the button will be grayed out.
Can you give some more details, I don’t understand what you mean by ‘classic screen’? Did you start a Fluid Boxes (responsive) project? Do you use a theme which has already flud boxes inherited from master slides in the theme?
