Hi there,

we’re using SCORM2004 Formats for our Learning Management System (SAP Learning Solution).

Now we got some Sound Troubles in Firefox 60.8 ! Every Time when i start the E-Learning it’s playing a short sound and immidiately stops.

So we tested with Safari and Chrome and there is no Trouble with the Sound?!

The SCORM2004 Format is published just in HTML5 (no SWF) and it includes audio-datas (.mp3 and .wav)

We got no idea why it doesn’t work with Firefox.

Just some added information about audio because you wrote ‘mp3 and wav’. Best practice is only to use WAV-format when inserting audio into Captivate or the project library. The compressed mp3 format has some drawbacks: when you edit the audio in Captivate it needs to be uncompressed to WAV anyway. When published the WAV files will automatically be compressed by Captivate to mp3.
