I just downloaded Captivate on MacBookPro and every time I try to record a screen capture it crashes and I have to force quit. Any tips? Thanks

If you’re using MacOS Catalina: Captivate is not compatible with Catalina (yet). See Adobe’s post: https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/kb/macOS-Catalina-compatibility.html
