Please Help

I’m trying to publish a HTML file but it defaults to a play button in order to initiate the files that I want to display.  It did not work like that in the past.  I’m on version 2019.  I’m a novice user and only use Captivate a few times a  year.  I tried attaching my file but it stated I had the wrong format.  I’m unable to attach a screen shot of the screen that’s displaying.

I need help ASAP.

AutoPlay has been turned off for HTML5 output in the second version of CP2017, due to decisions by browsers not to allow AutoPlay (was already the case for lot of mobile devices). You must have missed the many discussions about this a couple of years ago. To make the experience more engaging than the black play button on white background, find some ideas here:
