Summary
Need help, why are my exporting videos blurry?
My clients want their old captivate videos updated with their new branding and content, then converted to MP4’s as final video lessons. I usually use Adobe Premiere which makes stellar videos. Why are they turning out blurry even when set on the highest resolution/output?

Like with old photographs, when starting from low quality sources it is very difficult to upgrade them to an affordable quality. Moreover even worse for video than for static images.
