Narration is clipping or is out of sync with demo after publishing to video

I created a captivate project with software demonstrations.  I used the speech management to add narration.

When it is previewed, all seems well.  Then I published to video.  The video plays fine, but in the audio, some words are clipped and at times it sounds like it is buffering and suddenly skips forward.

Is there a setting during the publishing that can align this?

Suggestions?

Another tip: avoid having very long slides if the audio is not embedded in the video (as is the case for Video Demo). Audio clips have to be loaded On Enter for each slide. Keep them as small as possible to avoid synch problems.

Which version do you use (Help, About Captivate)?

Are you talking about a software simulation in Demo mode? Since HTML5 output is now the standard, I always recommend to replace it by a Video Demo to avoid several issues (also with FMR slides). You could try to leave a small gap before and after the audio timeline.
