Problem with viewing my published VR project

Hi everyone just want help. I have published my captivate VR project but are unable to view it as it shows a black screen.

What is interesting is when I publish and are ask you want to view the published output it works.

Is there anybody with an answer for me?

Thanks. I found out I needed to add json mime type to server. Paul Wilson and Adobe support helped.

I have a similar problem as well.  360 photos do not display, once published. They do display within Captivate, including preview and the published files.  I tried several of the latest browsers, and uploaded project to web server, but no results.  Possibly a path statement is wrong?  Or a function is stalled? It seems the generated published html 5 files published to a web server should work as they do from within the app.  Are error messages generated by the program to flag the problem?
