Clickable image with text pop up question.
Hi All,
I am working on recreating a module and it has a lot of clickable images that when clicked they show a text box with information. When the next image is clicked the first box is gone and a second one appears. I was thinking a rollover caption would be good but I saw a blog saying that the rollovers are not mobile compatible and I need that to work as well. What option might be best for this? Thanks in advance for your help,
Erica

I had posted two blogs in this forum, in june/july 2018 comparing the Hide/show and multistate object workflows, once for a non-responsive and once for a responsive project. Both blogs have simply disappeared, like many other I posted in the past. Sorry, those were not published on my personal blog, didn’t have the time at that moment to rework them. Never expected so many blogs disappearing without any warning. Will give priority to my personal blog in the future.
Here is a link, you will easily find the second workflow, for normal popups:

I would recommend to use ONE multistate object which has all the text you need in states, but keep the Normal state invisible (use shape with Alpha/Stroke set to 0). Each click on the interactive objects can show a new state. No need for hide/show. Moreover multistate objects can be used in a Fluid Boxes project, contrary to a group of text containers which are in the same location. Will post links in a separate comment to avoid waiting time for moderation.
