It’s a nice document, but I would classify this as a job-aid rather than an infographic personally.  It’s just reformatting of a still text heavy document and the addition of a couple of images.  In my mind, isn’t an infographic literally presenting the information through graphics primarily instead of text so that the text supports the images rather than the other way round?

Hello Asha, this could be a useful infographic but I don’t think any of the examples are strategic. Most of them are modes of delivery, or ways of organising content. In addition, they can be delivered in lots of different ways, not only using elearning.
