Facing loading issue in Captivate VR course, request your help to resolve that
Hi,
We have been facing loading issue in Captivate VR course which we developed in Captivate 9. While checking the course in VR set after loading the first screen, no content is coming up for rest of the screens. Just showing gray screen but the audio works fine. Let us know how to resolve the issue.

I am confused, because Captivate 9 did not have the possibility of inserting VR slides at all. Can you check the version you are really using under Help, About Captivate?
