Dear community,
when I try to upload a PPTX file in high fidelity to have all animations in the project, the upload stops at 59%.
I will attache the (German) error message. 
Any idea?

Guten Morgen! No problem with understanding German… but hate to write with mistakes, so will continue in English.
Are you on Windows? Do you run Captivate with the feature ‘Run as Administrator’?
Can you try to import a small amount of ppt-slides? The easiest way to make this working is to import a ppt instead of a pptx file but than you’ll lose a lot of animations.
BTW I never use PPT import, because it is not really a good feature at all. If I have to start from a PPT, will unzip the PPT folder and extract as many assets as possible, import them into a project library of new CP-project and start from scratch, using the ppt as sort of temporary storyboard. eLearning is lot more than just presenting, and that workflow allows me full control, not imported PPT slides.
