I added background music to my project. However, once published, the BGM doesn’t play. I initially published using SWF and HTML. Then strictly HTML. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Roby,

If you were using Google Chrome, can you please share how you were able to disable autoplay?

Thanks.

The OP (Roby) never returned to read the answers.

To answer your question: auto play for the course is turned off automatically for HTML5 output.

Which browser and device did you use? Maybe the AutoPlay was disabled in the browser… Can you try to turn off AutoPlay and see if the background music is playing then?
