We needed to show a process cycle in a circle with eight steps. Since the process cycle circle widget only includes six processes, I used photos of a cycle built in PowerPoint and used advanced actions to change the state. After publishing the course, it was pushed through our LMS. When a user pauses the process cycle slide, the narration/cc pause but the states continue to change. I want everything to pause (narration/cc/state changes). Is this something I fix in Captivate or is it something I need to explore in our LMS? I’ve included the video to show what I’m trying to explain and a picture of my advanced actions. I’d really appreciate any help on how to resolve my problem. Thanks!

Here is the promised link:
Need more details, please. All the commands in the Advanced action you are showing are executed in sequence, without any pausing except the delay times. When will you pause? Do you understand the difference between the pausing points of an interactive object (or slides like Quiz, D&D) and the command ‘Pause’? Have a look at a link I will provide in a separate comment, because of moderation.
You don’t show the slide with the circular setup of objects. I would use those objects as buttons, but it depends on the version you are using how to do so. Only 11.5 allows direct use of an image as a button. Clicking such a button can launch an individual shared, advanced or simple action which can at the same time pause the slide. Clicking another of the objects can apply an effect (like rotating in the Circle Process) and show another lightbox etc… Lot is possible but you need to understand the Timeline.
