SVG error with youtube video

Hi,

I am a total newbie to Captivate and at entry level.  I have been watching youtube tutorials on how to insert YouTube videos into my project.  They seem to work in my slide view but once I try and do a project view, I get the following error. Nothing on the internet has helped me to solve this issue.  Any (simple advice) would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

I am also new to this so, forgive me if there is an easier was to do this, but I remember having a similar issue. If I remember correctly, the way I got around this was recording my screen (the YouTube video) with Snagit and then saving it to my computer and then adding it in one of the slides.

PLAY slide is NOT a preview method at all, only to be used for synchronizing, never for checking how the final output would look. If you are on a non-responsive project the only Preview method which allows a preview of the final HTML5 output is F11, Preview HTML in Browser. I suspect it will not be functional in that Preview neither.

In the question you don’t explain the problem: what is the link with SVG please?
