The software is not perfect; I still experience crashes daily.  Uninstalling and reinstalling by MAcOs worked for this error – I’m no longer getting in.  I learned to live with the crashes because I don’t like windows and I’m not switching for a single software.

Remember that screenshot because I answered to the same question yesterday. Since I am not a Mac user, was just wondering about security origins because I see ‘sandboxing’ mentioned. Do you use specific antivirus software, are you in a company behind a firewall with heavy security?

Hi,

I ended up reinstalling my Catalina Operating System; I deleted all files and applications – basically, started from scratch.  Thus far, I’ve only reinstalled the Microsoft applications.  I’m afraid to reinstall Creative Cloud because I think it is the source of the “sandboxing” issue.  Also, there was no virus on my machine.

It’s definitely some sort of software contention; something that’s attempting to use unsupported sandboxing method/script.

I’m going to try reinstalling one Adobe application at a time to isolate the contention.  I’ll keep you posted.  Although I’ve had 2 crashes – for no apparent reason at all – I’m working just fine at the moment.

Thanks,
