Fluid Box Responsive Design with Drag and Drop Not Working on iPad 9.7 (iPadOS 13.3)
I've been an eLearning designer and developer since 2005. In 2015 I started my own eLearning design company. I began creating Adobe Captivate video tutorials to help promote my business through my YouTube channel at https://youtube.com/captivateteacher. My intention with my YouTube videos was to attract attention from organizations looking for a skilled Captivate developer. This strategy proved successful as I've worked with clients worldwide, helping them build highly engaging eLearning solutions. In addition, my YouTube channel presented another benefit of attracting aspiring Captivate developers to seek me out as a teacher. I now offer online and onsite training on Adobe Captivate, teaching users the skills to build engaging and interactive learning.

I’m working on a project for an upcoming project that uses fluid box responsive design and drag and drop interaction. It works as expected on a Samsung S7 phone, an iPhone 8 Plus, and on Desktop, but due to the fact that the Safari browser on the current version of iPadOS uses swiping up and swiping to refresh the page, drag and drop doesn’t function at all. I’m running Adobe Captivate 11.5.1.499 on a Windows 10 PC with all browsers and mobile OSs completely up to date. I’ve also turned off Gesture Navigation on the slide in question. My goal was to have the interaction work on smartphones so it’s only a minor concern if it can’t be corrected.

Problem has been mentioned by many users so far… as usual Apple has broken something with the most recent iPad update.
