I very recently got a new laptop with windows 10 operating system, was previously running windows 7. I am having an issue when pasting images into captivate. Instead of pasting into captivate at their ‘original size’, they are pasting in approximately 25% larger than the original and therefore the quality is much poorer due to the enhances pixels. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what fix you might have for the problem.
