Hi!

I’m hoping someone in Adobe or in public reads and has a fix for this issue that we’ve encountered. When I’m making training’s in Captivate, the publish process throws off the slide project preview into an infinite pre-loading loop. Not allowing the slide to preview. Removing the special characters allows it to work normally. In my case the following special character usage of ‘fi-shiŋ gives this slide preview error. Is there a fix for this?

This is a cause for concern since we’re planning to create elearning training in Captivate in multiple languages which obviously contains special characters.

‘Slide Preview’ doesn’t exist at all, you have ‘Play Slide’ under the Preview button (which is confusing) but that is not at all a Preview method.

Which font do you use? It needs to be a websafe or an Adobe font (if you are on 11.5, in previous versions indicated as Typekit fonts). Have a look at:
