Hi,

I’m using Captivate 2019 and have created a project with closed captioning and the closed captions display correctly when I publish to swf or html5, however, they do not display when I publish to mp4.

Is it possible to have the captions display when publishing to mp4?

Thanks

Michael

If you would like to have closed captions upload your video to YouTube. If they are able to comprehend the voice narration in your course YouTube will automatically generate closed captions that your users can turn on or off if you send them the link to the YouTube video.

CC in Captivate is only possible when publishing to HTML5, not to video. It is part of the skin which is never included in MP4 output.
