Free asset to save you time while storyboarding Captivate
I am an agile coach and an executive leadership coach. I typically work with organizations who want to transform their culture, often involving many people, like my current client of 300,000 people. I'm hoping to learn to do eLearning well enough to scale myself.

Hi all –

I discovered I was taking a lot of time finding the images, videos and audio clips I had chosen for my captivate projects, so I put together the attached template to store these all in one place.  That way, I don’t have to waste time hunting the for the assets I have chosen, and I can move them quickly into my working captivate file from the storyboard area.

I hope this is helpful to people.

Don’t really understand what you want to show? I watched the movie… Where is the ‘asset’?

One of the much underestimated features of Captivate is its capability to open the Library from any former project in the present project. I have several projects ready for that goal, which have shared actions, commonly used graphics, audio files, SVGs etc.
