goodbye.html not being called in firefox on “Exit” trigger.

Captivate 2019
We have a SCORM course that contains a button on the last page to which we’ve assigned the “Exit” action. Normally, this should trigger a call to the goodbye.html file, where we’ve customized a link to the post-test in our Moodle-based LMS. This works properly in Chrome, but in Firefox, it simply closes the LMS window with no warning.
Why is goodbye.html not being called in Firefox, and how to fix it?

**UPDATE — the problem was firefox pop up blocker
