Can someone please provide me with some instructions on how to add personalized characters to my captivate? My company has dozens of characters that we use for our courses, however i have no clue how to get them as a choice within my captivate. I am using captivate version 11.5.1.499 (2019 release)
What format are these characters in? If they are PNG or JPG you can import them as you would any image file. If they don’t presently have a transparent background you can use Photoshop or other image editing software to create cutout characters similar to what is provided by the software. Long time ago it was possible to insert those characters in the default dialog box, but I am afraid that workflow is no longer available. May I offer a workaround?
Store all characters in the Project Library (or multiple libraries) of Captivate project. You can open the Library in any new project, using it as External Library. More info in:
