How To Avoid Enter VR

I created a Virtual Reality project with a 360 panorama photo.  It plays well in a browser. However when I attempt to play it in the Safari browser on my iPhone it presents a “Enter VR” button and will not play as it does in the browser on a PC. Is there  a method to prevent this from happening on an iPhone or Android phone possibly as well? Thanks

The “Enter VR” button appears in Chrome and Firefox on both Android and IOS devices.

Is it possible that something in the Captivate project index.html page is triggering the device OS to see this as VR file? If so, can the code be manually removed after publishing the file but before loading it on the server?

Hmm… I never had that experience. Are you sure you don’t have a 360 slide? Which browser?

Same result as Safari, Enter VR appears.

That means it is a iOS issue… sorry that my suggestion didn’t work. Do not have an iPhone, and they start to become popular to screw up workflows that work perfectly on all other devices. My apologies that I cannot help you.

Sighing…. sorry for the suggestion, but I would never use Safari, use Chrome.
