In my version of Captivate 2019 I am only able to download one character image at a time. Is there any way I can select the character group and have all character poses from that group downloaded? We have struggled with accessing these assets from day 1

I know that this is VERY annoying, especially in 11.5 where only the thumbnails reside on your system.
If you like the Illustrated characters category, I have a workaround to avoid all those single downloads. Will post a link to the blog in a separate comment to avoid moderation waiting time.
