I can access my application

I am getting and error trying to run my application.
I bought it a few months ago and it worked well, but now I am trying to open it and it give me a error message, “An error has occurred during activation. for more information, contact Captivate support”
My admin console show the license properly allocate to me

I’m assuming you are talking about Adobe Captivate (this is the Adobe Captivate community). You may try contacting support through CaptivateHelp@Adobe.com
