The update 3 to Adobe Captivate 2019 is not being downloaded. It it took almost 2.5 hours to reach 70% where it was stuck for almost 30 minutes with no movement further.
Can anyone help me with what is the issue? Is there are update 3 downloader available which can downloaded and installed?

I don’t see an update for Captivate. Am I missing something?

Michelle, check version number under Help, About Captivate. And tell also which OS you use.
That is very weird, normally such a download for me takes less than 10 minutes. I have good bandwidth, but not exceptional. Are you on a standalone system or behind a firewall in a company?
