Question: why does adobe captivate 2019 close down when i select create a new demo video option

i am using adobe captivate 2019 and when i select record new video or create a new demo video the application fades in and out and the closes down itself.. why is that what am i doing incorrectly here

Did you update video drivers? Which exact version of Captivate CP2019 do you use: 11.0…. or 11.5….
Do you use multiple monitors setup? If you are on Windows, do you run Captivate with the option ‘Run as Administrator’?
