White flickering during playback of full motion recordings (Adobe Cp 2019 Update 3)

Does anyone know the problem that Full motion recordings are interrupted in playback by a permanent short (white) flickering? I have searched the Adobe Help for ways to fix the cause, but could not find a satisfying solution (https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/using/choppy-full-motion-recording.html). I am using Adobe Captivate release 2019, update 3 on Windows 10 and a NVIDIA Quadro K2200 graphics card. Maybe one of you knows a workaround for this annoying problem? Best regards from Germany and stay healthy everyone.

Did you try out my suggestions and did this help fixing the problem?

I suspect it is because those FMR slides are originally SWF files. If you publish to HTML5, they will be converted to MP4.  Video files need to be loaded On Enter of the slide where they resides. That may lead to that flickering, or lagging. You are lucky, some users ever report that they just remain blank.

One tip: avoid FMR whenever possible for software simulations, demo mode. In many instances an alternative is possible (like clicking scrollbar instead of dragging).  I prefer one of these workflow:

  1. Not use software simulation in demo mode, but Video Demo. More work, but much better quality and no FMR slides.
  2. Replace the FMR slides by Video Demo slides during capture.
