Hi, just recently Adobe Captivate 2019 11.5.1.499 has started to crash when publishing to SCORM. Does anyone know of any known issues? There is not error the app just crashes. AICC seems to work just fine. Trying to get resolution to publish some courses. Any advice or ideas would be helpful.
When Captivate starts to not behave as expected I follow the steps in this video to see if it rectifies it.
If not I then reach out to Adobe technical support.
Did you try to clear the cache, preferably while this particular course is open to avoid clearing that cache? It can be done from the Preferences.
If that is not helping, clean the Preferences. That can be done while Captivate is closed, by running the CleanPreferences… file which you find in the subfolder ‘utils’ under the installation folder.
Are you on Windows? Do you run Captivate with ‘Run as Administrator’ setup?
